The full conference registration fee for ACM/SIG Members and Non-Members includes:

• admission to all scientific sessions (except tutorials)
• admission to IAMC Workshop (pre-registration required)
• conference program
• conference proceedings
• welcome reception
• conference banquet
• all refreshment breaks

The student fee does not include admission to the conference banquet.

IAMC Workshop Fees

The IAMC 2003 Workshop is open to ISSAC 2003 Registrants at no additional charge. Pre-registration is required (please indicate whether or not you will participate in the IAMC 2003 Workshop in the appropriate section of the registration form).

Non-ISSAC 2003 registrants (i.e., those attending only the IAMC 2003 Workshop) will be charged US$ 75.

Monday Lunch

There are many lunch places at the conference site. For maximum convenience the organizers suggest that participants have the Monday lunch on the University Dining Halls only steps away from the conference hall. If you want to use the Dining Halls for lunch on Monday, you must include US$ 7 with your conference registration.

Wireless Network

ISSAC participants will be able to register their wireless laptops with the wireless network at Drexel University when they pick up their registration mateirals at the conference.

Dormitories

Register for a dorm room when you register for the conference. Dormitory registration is now closed.

How to Register

• By Mail

  Complete the online form, print it, and mail it with your check or money order to the address indicated on the form. Please make checks payable to "ACM/ISSAC 2003".

• By Fax

  Complete the online form, print it, and fax it with your credit card information to the fax number indicated on the form. We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

• Online

  Complete the online form and submit your credit card information over the secure connection. We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by July 6, 2003, minus a US$ 25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 6, 2003. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.

Receipts

Receipts will be available at the Conference Registration Desk. You will receive an e-mail or fax as confirmation of your registration.

Letter of Invitation

If you require an official letter of invitation to ISSAC 2003 for visa purposes, then do the following:

• First, register for the meeting. Without the registration, we are not allowed to issue an invitation.
• Second, write to the ISSAC 2003 General Chair (address below). Make sure that you include an "official address" that should be put on the invitation letter.

The invitation does not oblige the Organizing Committee to pay travel, accommodations or any other expenses.
